Program Overview
The Legacy tier is the pinnacle of the Academy's five-tier system — reserved for those who have truly transformed and are now equipped to shape the future of the program itself. Legacy participants are recognized as Program Ambassadors and are invited to contribute directly to curriculum development, institutional partnerships, and community outreach efforts.
Completing the Legacy tier represents one of the highest achievements available within the institutional program and results in a formal graduation ceremony, a comprehensive portfolio, and letters of recognition that can significantly impact parole and reentry outcomes. Legacy participants don't just change their own lives — they change the lives of everyone who comes after them.

Program Ambassador Training
Representing the Academy to staff, administration, and outside partners
Curriculum Development Workshop
Principles of adult education, course design, and content creation
Community Leadership Capstone
A culminating project that demonstrates your full leadership capacity
