Program Overview

The Leadership tier marks a significant transition — participants move from being primarily learners to becoming active leaders within the Academy community. This tier develops the core competencies of servant leadership, team dynamics, and conflict resolution that are essential both inside the institution and upon reentry.

Leadership tier participants are recognized within the program for their accomplishments and begin taking on formal roles such as small group facilitators, peer accountability partners, and event coordinators. This experience builds a resume of leadership that is tangible and transferable to future employment.
