Alan Berkun serves as Legal and Business Advisor to The Comeback Initiative Network LLC and The Comeback Initiative Network Media Group. His expertise spans legal counsel, employment policy, and reentry workforce development, with specialized knowledge in the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) for felon reemployment.

Beyond his advisory role, Alan is a GED instructor and passionate inmate advocate for health and prison welfare issues, bringing firsthand understanding of institutional challenges and reentry barriers. His work bridges legal frameworks, business operations, and social justice advocacy — ensuring that TCIN's programs are both legally sound and humanely focused on sustainable reentry success.

He leads the GED Prep curriculum, equipping participants with the foundational academic skills needed to earn their high school equivalency diploma and advance into workforce training programs. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and a former counsel to a staffing agency, bringing multi-disciplinary professional depth to his advisory and facilitation role.
